In most cases, we take back stock products if they are undamaged and unused.
If there is a defect, please contact us so that we can jointly search for the fastest and best solution.
Products that have been ordered or manufactured especially for you can only be returned in a few cases. Keep in mind that there are (or may be) costs involved.
Shipping costs related to returning the product are in most cases borne by the customer.
If you want to cancel a webshop order on the basis of the changed delivery time (which you have received from us by email), please notify us within 24 hours.
If there is an item shortage with your order, please contact us.
If the product has been damaged during transport or has not arrived at the expected / stated delivery time, please contact us.
